Maersk is a global leader in logistics, seeking a Work Placement & Migration Specialist to strategically manage work placement and migration across Global Shared Services locations. You will ensure alignment with service delivery models, drive economic efficiency, and maintain compliance with standards.

The role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and English communication skills, with experience in managing large transitions and global teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Transition Management, Migrations or PM.
• Experience leading large transitions with 150+ FTE.
• PRINCE2/PMP certification; Lean Six Sigma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all new work and offshoring initiatives for accounts within scope.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor compliance with placement standards.
• Lead migration of work based on service catalogue and reduce fragmentation.
