Job summary

Maersk in Manila is seeking a Work Placement & Migration Specialist to strategically manage the placement and migration of work across Global Shared Services locations, ensuring alignment with service delivery models and compliance. You will lead transitions for large accounts, collaborate with stakeholders, monitor compliance, and drive planning and reporting to enable smooth, scalable operations.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in transition management, PMP/PRINCE2, strong English, and global

Qualifications

3–5 years of Transition Management, Migrations, and Project Management.
Experience leading large transition projects involving 150+ FTEs.
PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMP certification is required; Lean Six Sigma preferred.
Experience in a global business environment and strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Lead new work and offshoring initiatives, including transitions for accounts within scope.
Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor compliance with work placement standards.
Lead migration of work based on service catalog and reduce fragmentation.
Define work scope and assess placement of tasks in the GSC.
Evaluate FTE requirements using standard guidelines; ensure effective communication across teams.
