Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a Global Process Owner (GPO) Warehouse Manager to shape and standardize global warehousing processes across inbound, outbound, inventory control, and 3PL coordination in the Philippines.

This role emphasizes safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across FG, RM, and PM supply networks. You will drive global standards, lead change, and collaborate with regional teams to implement WMS, robotics, RFID, and value stream mapping, while ensuring adherence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5–8 years in a regional/global role involving warehouse process design, standardization, and continuous improvement; exposure to end-to-end warehouse operations.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills are essential.
• Willing to report onsite at least four days per week in Ortigas, Pasig, with one work-from-home day weekly.

Responsibilities

• Define, document, and maintain global SOPs for warehousing: inbound receiving, storage, inventory control, order picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
• Focus on Quality/Safety and EHS to ensure 100% compliance and a safe workplace.
• Benchmark with local/global FMCG warehouses to adopt best practices.
• Lead KAIZEN events, pilot and implement new technologies (WMS, robotics, barcode/RFID, VSM).
• Lead training initiatives and change management for warehouse teams to ensure adherence to processes.
• Define KPIs and measurement mechanisms (on-time dispatch, order accuracy, productivity, discrepancies, cycle time).
• Review performance data to identify opportunities using lean, root-cause analysis, and automation-ready tools.
• Collaborate with regional/global colleagues across Manufacturing, Planning, Demand, IT, Procurement, Finance, and Quality to ensure integration.
