Job summary

Century Pacific Food, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and inventory control, ensuring timely delivery of goods and maintaining accurate records.

You will supervise staff, coordinate fleets and equipment, and liaise with other departments and customers. The role requires a BS in Industrial Engineering or Accountancy, 3–5 years of related experience, and willingness to work a 6-day, 12-hour rotating schedule

Qualifications

• BS in Industrial Engineering or Accountancy, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in warehouse operations.
• Willing to work 6 days per week with 12-hour shifts and fixed allowance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities.
• Manage, evaluate, and report on warehouse productivity.
• Track and coordinate receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain records and prepare necessary documentation.
• Perform daily inspection of warehouse grounds.
• Coordinate fleets and equipment.
• Communicate with other departments and customers.
