Qualifications

• 5+ years in Warehouse, Logistics, or Supply Chain roles.
• Strong background in FMCG warehousing operations, high-volume and fast-paced.
• Experience with 3PLs and trucking partners; cost-conscious while maintaining service levels.
• Hands-on experience with WMS and ERP systems (SAP).

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities: receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatching.
• Maintain accurate inventory with cycle counts and physical inventory.
• Enforce FEFO/FIFO principles and optimize layout and space utilization.
• Lead, supervise, and train warehouse staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Monitor costs and implement lean processes to reduce waste and improve KPIs.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and proper handling of FMCG products.
