Job summary

Qualfon, a global business services company, is seeking a Vice President, Learning & Development to lead the enterprise learning strategy across geographies and client programs.

This hands-on executive role partners with Operations, Talent Acquisition, Quality, and IT to drive measurable business impact through leadership development, learning technology, and an AI-enabled learning roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 12+ years in Learning & Development or related field with senior leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading learning functions across geographies, business units, or large ops environments.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into clear capability priorities, practical learning solutions, and measurable results.
• Strong understanding of adult learning, instructional design, leadership development, learning analytics, and learning tech.
• Experience working with senior executives, clients, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, executive presence, change leadership, and talent development skills.

Responsibilities

• Set global learning strategy aligned to business priorities and client needs.
• Establish operating model for L&D with governance, standards, and accountability across countries.
• Lead strategies for onboarding, nesting, upskilling, reskilling, and performance improvement.
• Partner with Operations, Client Services, and Talent to improve proficiency, quality, and readiness.
• Design leadership development pathways and succession planning with the People Office.
• Guide adoption of LMS, digital content, AI-enabled learning, and analytics.
