Graviton Research Capital LLP is seeking a University Recruiter to shape how Graviton identifies, engages and assesses early‑career talent across universities. You will own the campus hiring engine end‑to‑end, partnering with Quant and Tech leaders to deliver a high‑touch candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of experience in campus recruitment, university relations, early‑career programs, or program management.
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end campus hiring campaigns across multiple universities.
• Strong project management skills, high attention to detail and operational discipline; senior levels require assessment design and interview calibration.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with priority institutions (IITs, IIITs, BITS and other universities).
• Drive year‑round engagement through events, talks and competitions to strengthen Graviton's employer brand.
• Coordinate or design robust selection frameworks with Tech and Quant teams, scheduling assessments and feedback.
• Own the internship programs lifecycle: onboarding, logistics, engagement tracking and milestones.
• Manage transitions from internship to PPO/FTE with clear communication and timelines.
• Be the primary contact for candidates, delivering a high‑touch experience with transparent timelines.
• Track budgets, vendor relationships, venue bookings, travel and infrastructure for events.
• Develop SOPs and checklists for scalable execution and maintain real‑time hiring metrics.
