Job summary

Metacom Careers is seeking a Travel and Hospitality Associate (International Voice Account) to serve as the primary contact for international travelers. You will handle travel reservations, accommodations, and itinerary inquiries via voice calls, delivering exceptional service and resolving issues efficiently.

The role requires at least 6 months in a Travel BPO, strong English skills (CEFR B2), and a high school graduation.

Qualifications

• 6 months of continuous BPO experience handling a Travel account.
• Good English communication with CEFR level B2.
• No prior non-BPO work experience required.
• Education: High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• Experienced in international voice customer service.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming international voice calls for travel reservations, ticket modifications, cancellations, and inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across travel booking systems and platforms.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through empathy, guidelines, and professional etiquette.
• Stay updated with travel policies and account-specific procedures to provide accurate information.
