Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in travel/tourism.
• Proficiency with GDS, Sabre, and ticketing knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; attention to detail.
• Comfort handling high-pressure customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in planning and booking travel itineraries including flights, accommodations, and activities.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, travel requirements, and various travel options.
• Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) for booking and ticketing services.
