Job summary

Dover Business Services in Cebu City, Philippines, is seeking a Manager to lead Travel & Expense and Payments Operations across global OpCos. You will oversee end-to-end processes, staffing, and controls, ensuring policy compliance and timely close cycles.

You will partner with IT, RPA, and banking partners to drive efficiency, manage risks, and develop a high-performing team of 15+ professionals. A Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in T&E/Payments, including 5+ years in leadership, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum seven years in Travel and Expense, Payments, or Finance Operations.
• At least five years in managerial roles leading teams of 15+.
• Working knowledge of SOX and internal controls for T&E and Payments.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of T&E and Payments operations across OpCos globally.
• Manage staffing, capacity, and demand for both functions across teams.
• Oversee period close activities and payment file cutoffs.
• Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions with Team Leads.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation with IT/RPA partners.
• Lead risk management and ensure SOX compliance and controls.
• Prepare operational updates for Senior Manager and GPO.
