Qualifications

• 5+ years in managerial roles with 15+ staff.
• Working knowledge of SOX and internal controls.
• Experience with large ERP systems, Oracle preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, pivot tables and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end T&E and Payments operations across OpCos globally.
• Lead staffing, capacity planning and KPI performance.
• Manage period close, card program constraints and escalations.
• Drive continuous improvement and control enhancements.
• Develop SOPs and work instructions aligned to standards.
