Job summary

Dover Corporation's Dover Business Services in Cebu, Philippines seeks a Segment Lead for Accounts Payable (Senior Team Lead) to partner with the designated business segment and optimize Procure-to-Pay.

Lead process improvements, ensure timely payments, manage dashboards and reporting, and coach AP staff while maintaining compliance with Dover’s standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in AP, Oracle ERP experience, and strong collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management or Finance-related field.
• Minimum three (3) years of Accounts Payable experience in manufacturing or BPO context.
• Preferable ≥2 years supervisory experience in a shared service setting.
• Experience managing data in large ERP systems, Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with AP team to ensure complete, timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Lead internal and external performance reporting and monitor period-end closing and balance sheet integrity.
• Drive continuous process improvements in accounts payable and implement DBS-driven transitions.
• Provide training and mentoring to PtP staff and team leads.
