Job summary

Dover Business Services (DBS) is seeking a senior manager to lead Travel & Expense and Payments operations on a global basis. You will oversee a team of Team Leads and 15+ professionals, drive staffing, controls, and cycle close, and partner with banks and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, efficient operations.

Responsibilities include establishing SOPs, monitoring KPIs, and enabling continuous improvement while managing escalations and risk in line with Dover's policies and SOX

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in Travel and Expense, Payments, or Finance Operations.
• At least five (5) years of managerial experience, including leading a group of 15+ professionals.
• Working knowledge of SOX requirements and internal controls relevant to T&E and Payments.
• Experience with large ERP systems, Oracle preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).

Responsibilities

• Own end to end T&E and Payments operations across global OpCos, leading through Team Leads.
• Staffing, capacity planning, and period close activities for T&E and Payments.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls; manage risk and escalations.
• Develop, approve, and maintain SOPs and work instructions.
• Manage relationships with banking partners, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive process improvement and lead root cause analyses for control gaps.
