Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or related field.
7+ years in Travel & Expense, Payments, or Finance Operations.
5+ years of managerial experience managing 15+ staff.
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle) and Excel data analysis.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end T&E and Payments operations across OpCos globally.
Staffing and capacity planning for 15+ professionals across functions.
Manage period close activities, card cycle close, and payment file cutoffs.
Ensure SOX compliance and internal controls across T&E and Payments.
Lead process improvements and risk management within functions.
Coordinate with RPA, IT, and system owners for automation support.
Prepare operational performance updates and escalation summaries.
