Job summary

Dover Business Services in Cebu City, Philippines, is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Travel & Expense and Payments operations across global OpCos. You will drive end-to-end execution, staffing, cycle close, and controls, reporting to the Senior Manager and GPO.

Responsibilities include managing a team of 15+, optimizing processes, ensuring SOX compliance, and coordinating with AP and banking partners to maintain service quality and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Travel and Expense, Payments, or Finance Operations.
• 5+ years of managerial experience leading a team of 15+ professionals.
• Working knowledge of SOX and internal controls relevant to T&E and Payments.
• Experience with large ERP data management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end T&E and Payments operations across global OpCos.
• Own staffing, capacity planning and cycle-close activities.
• Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions with Team Leads.
• Ensure SOX compliance and control documentation.
• Collaborate with IT, RPA, and banking partners to resolve issues.
