Job summary

EY GDS Transformation Delivery in the Philippines seeks a Senior Consultant Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across global portfolios, collaborating with business, technology and operations to ensure on-time, within-scope initiatives.

You’ll drive governance, stakeholder engagement across NA, EMEIA and APAC, and apply Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches while aligning with EY’s standards and supporting change, quality assurance and user adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management or software delivery (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Strong background in SDLC, CI/CD, DevOps, or product lifecycle management.
• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Proficiency in Agile delivery tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Smartsheet, or Trello).
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with project reporting, governance, and risk management in global delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technology projects ensuring timely, quality, and within-scope delivery.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, goals, and milestones aligned with business objectives.
• Manage stakeholder communication across global teams (NA, EMEIA, APAC), ensuring alignment on priorities and outcomes.
• Define roles, responsibilities, and governance structures across PMO, business, and technical teams.
• Drive execution and continuous improvement using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies, with proactive issue resolution.
• Collaborate with business analysts, engineers, and UX teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Ensure projects adhere to EY’s technology, architecture, and security standards.
• Support change management, quality assurance, and user adoption activities.
• Track and report project performance metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability across stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities — supporting RFP processes, proposal development, and client presentations.
• Flexible to support global shifts (US, UK, or APAC time zones).
