Qualifications

• Qualified CA/ACCA/CPA with post-qualification experience.
• Experience at mid/top-tier firm or large domestic/international companies.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements from GDS and ensure timely, high-quality work per EY standards.
• Review procedures performed by GDS staff and leverage EY tools for efficiency.
• Manage resources, monitor utilization and budget vs. actuals across engagements.
• Coach and supervise team members, conduct performance reviews and foster talent.
