Job summary

EY GDS Philippines is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead end-to-end project delivery across global portfolios, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, within-scope outcomes. The role requires strong SDLC, Agile/Waterfall, and stakeholder management skills with opportunities to participate in RFPs and client presentations across NA, EMEIA, APAC.

The position offers exposure to SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Azure DevOps, and Power Platform within a flexible, hybrid work

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management or software delivery experience.
• Strong background in SDLC, CI/CD, DevOps or product lifecycle management.
• Experience with requirements gathering and translating needs into tech solutions.
• Proficiency with Agile delivery tools and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology projects ensuring timely, quality delivery.
• Develop project plans, goals and milestones aligned with business objectives.
• Manage global stakeholder communications across regions.
• Define roles, governance structures and risk management.
• Support change management and user adoption activities.

The Opportunity

As a Project Manager within the GDS Transformation Delivery team, you’ll lead end-to-end project delivery across global portfolios. You’ll work with cross-functional teams—spanning business, technology, and operations—to ensure successful planning, execution, and governance of initiatives that enable EY’s strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technology projects ensuring timely, quality, and within-scope delivery.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, goals, and milestones aligned with business objectives.
• Manage stakeholder communication across global teams (NA, EMEIA, APAC), ensuring alignment on priorities and outcomes.
• Define roles, responsibilities, and governance structures across PMO, business, and technical teams.
• Drive execution and continuous improvement using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies, with proactive issue resolution.
• Collaborate with business analysts, engineers, and UX teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Ensure projects adhere to EY’s technology, architecture, and security standards.
• Support change management, quality assurance, and user adoption activities.
• Track and report project performance metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability across stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities — supporting RFP processes, proposal development, and client presentations.
• Flexible to support global shifts (US, UK, or APAC time zones).

Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management or software delivery (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Strong background in SDLC, CI/CD, DevOps, or product lifecycle management.
• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Proficiency in Agile delivery tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Smartsheet, or Trello).
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with project reporting, governance, and risk management in global delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• PMP, CSM, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong technical expertise in SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Azure DevOps (ADO), Planview, and AI-driven solutions.
• Working knowledge of Power Platform tools (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint Online, MS Teams).
• Exposure to MS Project/Project Online or other enterprise PM tools.
• Domain experience in Consumer Products & Retail, Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, Power & Utilities, Oil & Gas, or Technology industries.
