Job summary

Manulife/John Hancock in the Philippines is seeking a Training Specialist to collaborate with Canada Retirement Operations to identify training needs and map annual plans for internal teams.

You will facilitate product and process training for new hires and cross-training globally using instructor-led, hands-on, coaching, and mentoring methods, and you will develop curricula and glide paths while maintaining staff knowledge inventories.

Qualifications

• At least one to two years of experience in Canada Retirement Operations.
• Excellent training delivery skills, including in-person or virtual instructor-led sessions, hands-on training, and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Canada Retirement Operations to identify training needs and map out annual training plans for internal teams.
• Facilitate product and process training for new hires and cross-training globally using varied facilitation methods.
• Develop and implement training curriculum, training plan and production glide paths.
• Make recommendations to improve and maintain staff knowledge inventory based on sound data.
• Update and maintain training documentation in line with policies and procedures.
• Manage the training queues effectively, to ensure that no work falls out of TAT.
