Job summary

Manulife/John Hancock in the Philippines seeks a seasoned Finance Service Delivery Manager to lead transitions into shared services and develop service delivery teams. You will drive standardization, partner with automation teams, and manage governance dashboards for ongoing initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years in project/program management, strong communication, and experience with service outsourcing. Hybrid working arrangement and equal opportunity practices are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project/program management experience using leading methodologies and processes.
• Experience in transitions management within a service outsourcing or shared services environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact with senior officers and stakeholders.
• Six Sigma or Project Management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify shared services opportunities through process inventories.
• Drive standardization within a value stream across delivery channels.
• Collaborate with automation teams to integrate automation into processes.
• Project manage the transformation into a shared services operating model.
• Define success measures and governance dashboards for initiatives.
• Engage stakeholders to align requirements and expectations.
• Mitigate operational risk during changes and ensure robust change management.
