Qualifications

• Attention to attendance and disciplinary history within the last 12 months.
• Capability to perform knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective process training for Canada Retail Insurance.
• Collaborate with operations to identify training needs and annual plans.
• Facilitate product and process training for new hires and cross-training.
• Develop training curriculum, plan, and production glide paths.
• Maintain and update training documentation on knowledge platforms.
• Provide weekly feedback on trainee performance and improvements
• Prepare transition documents for trainees moving to production
• Evaluate training effectiveness and modify as needed
• Support documentation control and audit trails with QA
