Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Training Coordinator to partner with Canada Retirement Operations, design and deliver training programs, and maintain curricula and documentation. The role supports global staff through diverse delivery methods and fosters data-driven improvements in knowledge management.

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in Canada Retirement Operations.
Excellent training delivery skills, including in-person or virtual instructor-led sessions, hands-on training and coaching.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Canada Retirement Operations to identify training needs and map annual training plans for internal teams.
Facilitate product and process training for new hires and cross-training globally using varied facilitation methods (in-person or virtual instructor-led, hands-on training, coaching and mentoring).
Develop and implement training curriculum, training plan and production glide paths.
Make recommendations to improve and maintain staff knowledge inventory based on data.
Update and maintain training documentation in line with policies and procedures.
Manage the training queues effectively, to ensure that no work falls out of TAT.
