Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Licensed Customs Broker is preferred.
• 1+ year in documentation/import-export/logistics.
• Experience with Bills of Lading and shipping docs.
• Knowledge of Bureau of Customs procedures is a plus.
• Familiarity with document monitoring and filing processes.
• Ability to handle multiple shipments and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review draft shipping, customs, and other import/export documents.
• Verify accuracy, completeness, and consistency of draft documents.
• Forward Bills of Lading to Data Entry Specialist for encoding.
• Coordinate with Key Accounts Specialist on discrepancies and shipment concerns.
• Follow up on missing or pending documents to ensure timely shipment processing.
• Maintain accurate documentation trackers and records for audits.
• Organize and maintain documentation files for easy retrieval.
• Resolve documentation issues with internal teams to prevent delays.
