Job summary

Top1Movers Worldwide Inc. is seeking a Documentation Specialist in Manila to manage and maintain import/export documents. You will review drafts, verify accuracy, and forward items to the Data Entry team for encoding into tracking systems.

You will coordinate with the Key Accounts Specialist to resolve discrepancies, follow up on missing documents, and maintain organized records for audits and smooth shipments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Licensed Customs Broker status is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review draft shipping, customs, and other import/export documents.
• Verify accuracy, completeness, and consistency of draft documents including Bills of Lading.
• Forward documents to Data Entry Specialist for encoding into systems.
• Coordinate with Key Accounts Specialist on discrepancies and shipment concerns.
• Follow-up on missing or pending documents to ensure timely shipment completion.
• Maintain accurate documentation trackers and filing systems.
• Organize documentation files for record-keeping and audits.
• Resolve documentation issues with internal teams to prevent delays.
