Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage sourcing and procurement for logistics equipment, warehouse setup and operational consumables in the Philippines. You will coordinate with warehouse, operations, finance, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and compliant processes.

The role requires 2+ years in procurement or logistics operations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, supply chain, economics or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of procurement, sourcing or logistics operations experience.
• Experience with procurement for warehouse setup, logistics equipment or consumables is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for evolving requirements.
• Excellent coordination across multiple stakeholders including vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing and procurement for logistics equipment, warehouse setup, facility services, consumables and support categories.
• Coordinate with warehouse leads, Operations, Inventory, Finance and cross-functional teams.
• Execute end-to-end procurement workflows: sourcing, quotes, negotiation, onboarding and payments.
• Support warehouse expansion and projects by managing procurement activities to meet timelines.
• Maintain vendor relationships and monitor performance, pricing and risk.
• Analyze sourcing data and spending to support cost optimization and efficiency.
• Collaborate with regional and local stakeholders on procurement governance and strategies.
• Support tendering, evaluation and sourcing analysis for high-value projects.
