Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. is seeking a senior product leader to drive the inbound international portfolio and partner strategies. You will work with global carriers and vendors to create a profitable, world-class offering for Globe customers both locally and abroad.

You will define monetization playbooks, guide cross-functional teams, and translate insights into actionable strategies that strengthen Globe’s position as a leading telco in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management, preferably with cybersecurity technologies.
• Exposure to IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and data centers.
• Experience with product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall management of the inbound international portfolio.
• Define partnership strategy and pricing frameworks for monetization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experience.
• Drive commercial initiatives for a competitive retail portfolio and network quality.
• Develop breakthrough strategies for Globe’s international leadership.
• Guide commercial managers in evolving inbound value beyond rates.
