Job summary

Globe Group is seeking a senior product leader to manage the inbound international portfolio and partner with global carriers. The role builds commercial foundations enabling outbound growth and a profitable retail portfolio, aligning with strategic objectives for Globe in the Philippines and beyond.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in cybersecurity-focused product management, IT infrastructure, and cross-functional leadership, with a track record in monetization and market strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or IT related field required.
• Experience in cybersecurity roles or security-focused product management preferred.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with product development lifecycle and go-to-market strategies.
• Exposure to IT infrastructure and software development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall strategy for the inbound international portfolio and partnerships.
• Define monetization and pricing frameworks for commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless subscriber experience.
• Drive commercial initiatives to deliver a competitive retail portfolio and strong network experience.
• Foster synergy between inbound and outbound businesses to strengthen Globe’s international presence.
• Guide commercial managers to create value beyond rates and connectivity for Globe in the Philippines.
