Jeeves is seeking an exceptional Technical Recruiter to join our Global People Team and own hiring for Engineering, Product, and Data across our global remote teams. You will partner with engineering leaders to build pipelines, design interview processes, and drive scalable hiring in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Candidates should have 5+ years of recruiting, technical fluency, and strong sourcing skills across multiple channels.

Qualifications

5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on technical roles.
Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
LatAm technical recruiting experience required, including Mexico, Colombia, and/or Brazil.
Advanced sourcing skills across multiple channels and outbound campaigns with strong response rates.
Hands-on experience with an ATS and modern sourcing stack (Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, SeekOut, HireEZ).

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles — engineering, product, and data.
Run intake meetings with hiring managers to translate requirements into search strategy.
Build and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-find talent using technical communities and AI-assisted tools.
Conduct technical pre-screens and provide real signals to hiring managers.
Negotiate and close offers for top technical candidates in a competitive market.
Track funnel metrics and advocate data-driven hiring decisions.
Design interview panels and train interviewers to maintain fairness and consistency.
Drive technical employer branding and candidate experience end-to-end.
