Sezzle, a fintech company empowering the next generation, is seeking an Executive Recruiter to lead senior‑level talent acquisition across Banking, FinTech, and Technology. This fully remote role targets C‑suite and board appointments in Latin America and global markets.

You will partner with leadership, develop search strategies, and build a diverse pipeline while aligning governance and compensation insights. A high IQ and EQ, plus fluency in English and Spanish, are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive executive recruitment experience placing C-suite and board members.
• Experience recruiting within Banking, FinTech and Technology sectors.
• Deep understanding of executive compensation structures and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle executive searches for CEOs, CFOs, CTOs, COOs, CROs, CISO and board roles.
• Develop tailored search strategies using research, market intel and networks.
• Advise senior leadership on market trends, compensation, design and succession.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of executive and board candidates across Latin America and globally.
• Conduct evaluations, leadership assessments and reference checks.
