Job summary

Aurecon is seeking a Technical Learning Consultant to support the delivery and administration of its technical learning programs. You will partner with technical leaders and SMEs to manage content, LMS operations, and program coordination.

You will also handle course descriptions, speaker bios, content publication in AureconU, and multilingual content coordination while ensuring accurate learning records and streamlined processes.

Qualifications

• Experience administering and managing LMS platforms (Workday Learning preferred).
• Experience coordinating learning programs, including course setup and attendance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery and administration of Aurecon's technical learning programs.
• Partner with technical leaders and SMEs to manage learning content.
• Manage calendar invites, speaker bios, and course descriptions.
• Create learning content for AureconU and perform basic audio/video editing.
• Publish content in AureconU LMS and report completions.
• Coordinate attendance and bulk upload into HR platforms.
• Work with translation providers to deliver multilingual content.
• Organize course library in SharePoint for easy access.
• Establish workflows to simplify learning experiences.
