Job summary

Aurecon Group is seeking a Technical Learning Consultant to support delivery and administration of technical learning programs. You will partner with technical leaders and SMEs to manage content, LMS operations, program coordination, reporting, and process improvements.

The role involves coordinating the Graduate Technical Mastery program, managing content, and ensuring timely delivery of translated materials across locations, while leveraging Aurecon U for publishing and tracking progress.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in Learning & Development or related field.
• Experience administering LMS platforms (Workday Learning preferred).
• Coordinate learning programs, track attendance, and generate reports.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery and administration of Aurecon's learning programs.
• Coordinate calendars, invitations, bios, and course descriptions.
• Publish content to AureconU LMS and report on completion rates.
• Coordinate with translation providers for multilingual learning content.
• Maintain course library in SharePoint and streamline workflows.
