Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to drive global sourcing strategies, building and maintaining pipelines of qualified candidates with a focus on hub-based roles. This role operates as a true sourcing specialist, not a recruiter, delivering high-quality candidate pools to Acquisition Partners worldwide.

You will source through diverse channels, maintain accurate ATS data, and support social media employer branding efforts.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in sourcing, talent research, or candidate generation (agency or in-house).
Proven track record of building pipelines for hub-based roles or other high-volume recruiting needs.
Proficiency with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools.
Strong organizational and documentation skills (call logs, pipeline tracking, data entry).
Amenable to day/midshift schedule and hybrid work setup (Ortigas Pasig area).

Responsibilities

Impact active requirements by conducting phone screens to assess fit and interest.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for hub-based roles and others as needed.
Source candidates through job boards, direct sourcing, Boolean searches, networking, referrals, and social media.
Review applications and curate shortlists for recruiters.
Document outcomes in logs for Talent Acquisition Partners and support scheduling as needed.
