Job summary

Volga Partners is seeking a Talent Sourcer to join our global Talent Acquisition team. This role focuses on sourcing exceptional candidates across multiple international markets and coordinating with recruiters and hiring managers to meet hiring needs.

You'll research new markets, build sourcing strategies, conduct virtual interviews, and present well-qualified candidates. Strong English communication, sourcing tools, and mindset to solve recruiting puzzles are essential.

Qualifications

• Approximately 1–2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience.
• Experience recruiting for U.S. and/or international markets.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean sourcing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• A curious, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Source exceptional candidates across North America, Europe, Asia, Latin America, and other international markets.
• Recruit for both technical and non-technical positions.
• Build proactive talent pipelines before hiring needs arise.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, GitHub, job boards, networking, and creative sourcing techniques.
• Conduct virtual screening interviews.
• Evaluate technical qualifications, communication skills, and overall fit.
• Identify potential concerns before presenting candidates.
• Prepare professional candidate packages including screening summaries, candidate strengths, potential risks, and reference information.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Adjust sourcing strategies based on market conditions.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability.
• Continuously improve sourcing methodologies and recruiting processes.
