Success Matcher Recruitment in the Philippines is seeking a Recruiter for Global Markets to source and close top talent for international clients in a fully remote, full-time setting. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment across diverse global markets and collaboration with our recruitment professionals.

You will build candidate pipelines, liaise with stakeholders, and drive placements with an uncapped commission structure.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Demonstrated success in candidate placements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage high-caliber candidates across global markets.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, coordination, and offer closing.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for active and future roles.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to understand hiring requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Meet and exceed placement and revenue targets.
