Job summary

Avvoka is scaling its legal-tech platform and seeking a dedicated recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment across the US, UK, Czech Republic and the Philippines. You’ll build talent pipelines, run sourcing, assessments and negotiations, and partner with the People Director on strategy.

Focus areas include Ruby engineers (backend) and Account Executives, with a hands-on approach and willingness to learn adjacent hiring domains as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or technical recruiting experience.
• Strong headhunting capability.
• Network to stay close to target profiles.
• Experience hiring across multiple countries and time zones.
• Ability to work to a plan and move quickly when priorities shift.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end search and intake across multiple countries.
• Source, assess, and negotiate offers for engineers and account executives.
