Job summary

Cross Border Talents is expanding its global recruitment team and seeks a Talent Acquisition Freelancer for Asia markets. Manage end-to-end recruitment for multilingual and BPO roles, working remotely as part of an international network.

Proven experience in recruiting within Asian markets is mandatory, with strong sourcing and outreach skills. English fluency plus knowledge of additional Asian languages is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting within Asian markets.
• Background in hiring for BPO roles.
• Experience in sourcing, cold outreach, or sales-driven environments.
• Fluency in English plus additional Asian languages is a strong advantage.
• Available to commit at least 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify ongoing recruitment needs across Asian markets.
• Publish and promote job opportunities on relevant regional platforms.
• Source and attract candidates through social media, job boards, and professional networks.
• Screen and assess candidates based on role requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and shortlist qualified profiles.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines within the Asian market.
• Manage candidates throughout the full recruitment cycle until placement.
