Job summary

GUS Education PH is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment and build strong talent pipelines for UK-based roles. You will partner with UK hiring managers to attract top talent and guide hiring decisions in a fast-paced environment.

The role is full-time, fixed-term for three months, based in Bridgetowne, Quezon City with a hybrid setup (4 days WFH, 1 day in the office). Evening schedule 5:00 PM–2:00 AM PH time, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in recruitment, preferably offshore or international.
• Experience handling end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience recruiting for UK-based roles is advantageous.
• Strong interviewing and behavioral assessment skills.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder collaboration.
• Familiarity with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requirements to offers.
• Review applications, screen candidates, and shortlist qualified applicants.
• Conduct high-volume video and behavioral interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Extend verbal offers and guide acceptance.
