Job summary

Amex GBT is seeking a recruiter in Manila to own end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles. You will partner with leaders to understand workforce needs, source and assess candidates across channels, and conduct structured interviews to ensure fair evaluations.

You will advise on market trends, salary benchmarks, and drive a strong candidate experience throughout the process. The role follows a hybrid work model, requiring 2-3 days in the office, with opportunities to contribute to employer

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Strong internal customer management and influence skills.
• Familiarity with competency-based interviewing.
• Experience using ATS and sourcing platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions at once.
• Customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.
• Source, engage, and assess both active and passive candidates through diverse channels.
• Conduct structured interviews, ensuring fair and consistent evaluation practices.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business partners, providing market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring recommendations.
• Ensure a strong candidate experience by managing communication and feedback throughout the process.
• Partner with TA leadership on projects such as employer branding, inclusive hiring, or process improvements.
• Negotiate offers and close candidates.
• Provide data-driven updates on hiring progress.
