Job summary

GUS Education PH in Quezon City is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a full-time, fixed-term three-month contract. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build a strong talent pipeline, and partner with UK-based hiring managers to attract top talent.

Your role includes high-volume interviewing, candidate screening, and sourcing strategies across the UK Colleges Division, all within a hybrid setup (4 days WFH, 1 day in the office in Bridgetowne).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years recruitment experience, preferably offshore/international recruitment.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in high-volume hiring.
• Experience recruiting for UK-based roles is an advantage.
• Strong interviewing and behavioral assessment skills.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirements to offers.
• Screen applications, shortlist candidates, and conduct high-volume video/behavioral interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and UK hiring managers.
• Extend verbal offers and guide candidates through acceptance.
