Grace Global Operations Center (Philippines) Inc. seeks a proactive and detail‑oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team.

This role focuses on managing complex scheduling across time zones, ensuring smooth candidate communication, and supporting a positive hiring experience. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, tracking feedback, managing job postings, supporting employer branding, and coordinating travel, background checks, and onboarding logistics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• At least 1 year of recruitment coordination experience or 2 years in HR, preferably in multinational/shared services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones with hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage interview scorecards, feedback collection, and timely communication.
• Administer job postings across platforms with accuracy and compliance.
• Support employer branding through social media, events, and engagement channels.
• Coordinate candidate travel, background checks, drug screens, and onboarding logistics with recruiters.
• Assist in recruitment compliance audits.
• Prepare, analyze, and present weekly/monthly/quarterly recruitment reports and dashboards.
• Manage Talent Acquisition mailbox and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks and participate in special projects.
• Review recruitment and onboarding processes and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate onboarding with new hires for a smooth first day.
• Manage purchase card and team expenses and streamline reimbursements per policy.
