Job summary

You will partner with operations and HR teams to attract, screen, and hire top talent worldwide, optimizing the interview process and cost efficiency.

The role requires deep knowledge of recruitment practices, strong interviewing skills, and experience with applicant tracking systems.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years recruitment experience in shared services or hospitality preferred.
• Experience with high-volume recruitment for multiple locations.
• Ability to source, screen, and interview candidates across levels.

Responsibilities

• Establish recruitment requirements with managers for shipboard & corporate roles.
• Identify, screen, and interview candidates to meet department needs.
• Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and HR partners.
• Coordinate interviews and travel logistics for candidates and managers.
• Prepare reports on hiring progress and talent pools.
