Job summary

V.Group is seeking a Regional Recruitment professional based in Manila to provide efficient recruitment services for customer hiring needs. You will source candidates, manage records, coordinate screening and interviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely proposals and joined seafarer status in Leisure contexts.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and proven in-house recruitment experience, plus strong networking and communication skills to build a robust talent pool

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Previous in-house recruitment experience.
• Significant direct sourcing and networking experience.
• Experience assessing and selecting top talent.
• Ability to work with urgency and switch priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates actively and passively for recruitment requests.
• Maintain contact with officers and ratings and expand talent pool.
• Attend local recruitment events and school events to attract candidates.
• Keep recruitment systems records accurate and up-to-date.
• Discuss offers with shortlisted candidates and coordinate screenings and interviews.
• Collaborate across locations and functionally with planners and managers.
