Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is hiring a full-time Analyst, Talent Acquisition to execute end-to-end recruitment for shipboard and corporate roles. The role collaborates with operations, managers, and external agencies to attract and hire world-class talent.

The recruiter will travel to international locations as needed, conduct interviews via webcam when possible, and manage documentation such as visas and medical clearances, while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruitment experience across shipboard, shared services, or hospitality sectors
• Bachelor's degree in HR or business administration or international equivalent preferred
• Ability to source, interview and screen candidates for management and professional roles
• Ability to negotiate terms and communicate in a multinational environment

Responsibilities

• Execute interviewing/hiring process for shipboard and corporate roles
• Liaise with managers to determine requirements and timelines
• Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and sources
• Coordinate international travel, visas, and onboarding for candidates
• Ensure job descriptions are shared with candidates and manage offers
