Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a full-time Analyst, Talent Acquisition to partner with operations to manage interviewing and hiring for shipboard and corporate roles across APAC, leveraging resources to attract and hire top talent globally.

The role involves coordinating with managers, conducting interviews (including via webcam), developing candidate pipelines, and ensuring compliant documentation and contracts. Travel to international locations may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years recruitment experience; experience with shared services, hospitality industry or bulk recruiting is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or business administration or international equivalent preferred
• Demonstrated ability to source, interview, and screen candidates at multiple levels
• Experience using ATS/HRIS tools and managing candidate data with confidentiality
• Ability to work in a multinational environment and manage tight timelines

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations to define recruiting requirements for shipboard and corporate roles
• Coordinate interview processes, including webcam interviews to reduce travel costs
• Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and sources
• Prepare and review documentation for hires (passports, visas, medical clearances, contracts)
• Lead or support travel, lodging, and interview logistics for shipboard roles
