Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience hiring for sales executives and business development roles.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting using major job platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with global hiring practices and employment standards.
• Experience using ATS platforms (Workday is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for shoreside bulk roles.
• Partner with global teams and local leadership to forecast hiring needs and craft sourcing strategies.
• Manage job postings, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and extend offers.
• Build candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, job fairs, campus recruitment, and online platforms.
• Maintain a high-quality candidate experience consistent with Silversea’s premium brand.
• Ensure data accuracy and process adherence in the ATS (Workday or equivalent).
• Track KPIs and recruitment metrics to report progress and identify improvements.
