Royal Caribbean Group in Manila is expanding its recruitment team to lead bulk hiring for shoreside roles in the Philippines and globally. You will partner with global teams, forecast hiring needs, source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage offers, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in hospitality or BPO, with strong sourcing skills and familiarity with Workday or similar ATS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in hospitality, cruise line, BPO, or shared services, insurance, real estate.
• Experience in hiring for sales executive, business development roles.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed, etc.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with global hiring practices and employment standards.
• Experience using ATS platforms (Workday is a plus).

About the role

We are expanding our Manila operations and seeking a Recruitment Specialist to lead the bulk hiring initiatives for key shore-based roles in the Philippines and globally. One of the leading brands in the Royal Caribbean Group, known for offering ultra-luxury cruises across all seven continents with a fleet of intimate, all-suite ships and a focus on personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for shoreside bulk roles
