Responsibilities

• Investigate and perform root-cause analysis to resolve platform and technical issues.
• Troubleshoot lesson access, scheduling, tools, and system errors.
• Monitor platform performance and proactively prevent disruptions.
• Collaborate with IT, Product, and Learning teams to solve complex cases.
• Serve as the first line of support for critical incidents and after-hours issues.
• Document findings and help improve processes.
