Job summary

Our Clients in Taguig seeks a Global Supply Chain & Customer Service Specialist to oversee end-to-end operations for finished goods, semi-finished goods, and raw materials. You will coordinate data, process orders, and ensure on-time, in-full delivery across factories, carriers, and warehouses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) in SCM, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years in supply chain and customer service in multinational settings, including at least 12 months in an associate role.
• Strong SAP experience (ECC/S/4HANA/IBP) and ERP knowledge including logistics modules; advanced MS Office skills.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end international trade, order fulfilment, and export/import documentation.
• Excellent English communication; additional languages (French or Spanish) are a plus.
• Proactive problem-solving, accountability, and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate portfolio and master data management for designated markets and customers.
• Process sales/purchase orders in ERP and planning systems, overseeing end-to-end fulfillment.
• Prepare documentation for customs clearance and invoicing.
• Maintain compliance and support audits across Order-to-Cash, P2P, and Inventory.
• Create service POs, post goods receipts, resolve invoice discrepancies, assist month-end closing.
• Lead ad-hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
