Job summary

JTI Philippines is seeking a Global Supply Chain & Customer Service Specialist to manage end-to-end supply chain and customer service operations for finished goods, semi-finished goods, and raw materials within the GBS scope.

You will coordinate with factories, suppliers, markets, customers, logistics partners, Finance, R&D, and other stakeholders to help ensure timely and complete product delivery and accurate billing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, management, or related field.
• 3–5 years in supply chain and customer service in a multinational.
• Experience with SAP HANA or another ERP system.
• Good understanding of logistics and end-to-end processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and locations.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate phase-in/phase-out of product portfolios for markets and customers.
• Maintain accurate customer and material master data.
• Manage demand changes and communicate production requirements.
• Process sales and purchase orders in SAP ECC and IBP.
• Coordinate shipments with factories, suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers and warehouses.
• Monitor shipments using transportation modules.
• Prepare SAP documents (order confirmations, pro forma invoices, packing lists, export invoices, memos, and approvals).
• Prepare non-SAP documents (certificates of origin, freshness certificates).
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure transport documents are provided on time.
• Respond to taxation, regulations, embargoes and other supply chain requirements.
• Analyze operational issues and propose improvements.
• Support internal and external audits and J-SOX controls.
• Create service-related purchase orders and ensure GR postings.
• Coordinate with Finance to resolve invoice issues.
• Support month/quarter/year-end closing and GR/IR actions.
• Maintain backup materials and handover before planned absences.
• Manage additional tasks and projects from supervisor.
