Job summary

JT International (Philippines), Inc. is seeking a Global Supply Chain & Customer Service Specialist in Taguig. You will ensure end-to-end order fulfillment, coordinate with factories, logistics providers, and customers, and monitor shipments to meet service levels.

You will work with SAP and ERP systems, support planning processes, and collaborate with Finance to manage invoicing and period-end closing while upholding global controls and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, or related field; multinational environment preferred; fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Strong understanding of order management, logistics operations, customer service processes, and supply chain execution.
• Experience working with SAP HANA or other ERP systems.
• Familiarity with international trade, shipping documentation, and transportation processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across global teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• As a Global Supply Chain & Customer Service Specialist, you will manage end-to-end order fulfillment activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of sales and purchase orders.
• Assemble and coordinate with factories, suppliers, logistics providers, warehouses, and customers for successful order execution and delivery.
• Monitor shipments, transportation activities, and delivery performance through SAP and related systems.
• Prepare shipping, export, customs, billing, and compliance-related documentation.
• Support demand and supply planning by maintaining master data and coordinating demand changes.
• Serve as a key contact for customers and stakeholders, providing updates and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with Finance on invoicing, AR/AP, and period-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, J-SOX, and global operating procedures.
• Identify and support process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.
• Manage operational risks and disruptions to maintain service excellence.
